1. Information We Collect

We collect limited personal information, including:

• Account email and login credentials (if applicable)

• Username (if applicable)

• Usage activity (e.g., rankings, posts, logs)

• Device and browser information through analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Optional content you submit (e.g., photos, comments)

Reality Rank

Google Sign-In Data

When you sign in with Google, Reality Rank stores the following data:

• Google user ID

• Google OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted)

• Token expiration timestamps

• Your Google profile information (email, display name, profile picture URL)

 

This data is used solely to authenticate your identity and maintain your session. OAuth tokens are securely encrypted and stored by our authentication provider (Supabase). We do not share your Google account information with any third parties.

 

How to Delete Your Data​

You can manage your Google Sign-In connection and data at any time:

1. Navigate to your Profile page

2. Click the Settings icon

3. Choose "Disconnect Google" to revoke access, or

4. Choose "Delete My Account" to permanently delete all your data

 

When you disconnect Google, all OAuth tokens are immediately revoked and deleted from our systems. When you delete your account, all personal data including posts, rankings, and profile information is permanently removed.

When you connect your Google Calendar to Go Pick Girl:

What Data We Access:

• Your Google account ID (for authentication)

• Your calendar events (to check availability)

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens​

 

How We Use This Data:

• To read your calendar events and determine when you're available

• To suggest meeting times that don't conflict with existing events

• Tokens are stored securely in our encrypted database

Data Storage:

• Google User ID: Stored in our profiles table

• Access tokens: Stored encrypted in our google_tokens table

• Refresh tokens: Stored encrypted for automatic token renewal

• Token expiry timestamps: To manage token lifecycle

Your Rights:

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Account menu. Disconnecting will immediately:

• Revoke all OAuth tokens with Google

• Delete all stored tokens from our database

• Stop all calendar access

​

Data Retention:

• Tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection

• No calendar event data is permanently stored

• We only read calendar data in real-time when generating time slots

​

Third-Party Access:

• We use Google's OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication

• Calendar data is accessed via Google Calendar API

• No calendar data is shared with other third parties

 

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide account access and core functionality

• Deliver updates, service messages, or notifications (with consent)

• Improve and optimize app functionality

• Share relevant promotions or donation opportunities

• Track usage through analytics tools

 

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers necessary for app functionality, including Supabase, Resend, Buy Me a Coffee/Stripe, and analytics providers. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their services.

 

4. Notifications

If enabled, Apps may send push notifications. You can manage or disable notifications through your device settings at any time.

 

5. Advertising and External Links

The Apps may display advertisements or links to third-party sites. Advertisers and external services may collect data in accordance with their own policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

 

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time through in-app tools or by contacting deletemydata@heyitsquay.com.

How to Delete Your Data

You have complete control over your data:

Delete Google Calendar Connection:

1. Go to Account menu

2. Click "Disconnect" next to Google Calendar

3. All tokens are immediately revoked and deleted

 

Delete Your Account:

1. Go to Account menu

2. Click "Delete Account"

3. All data is permanently deleted including:

   • Your profile information

   • All saved bookings

   • Google OAuth tokens (if connected)

   • Any preferences or settings

 

7. Children’s Privacy

The Apps are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

 

8. U.S. Use Only

The Apps are intended for use within the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, your data will be processed and stored in the U.S., and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

 

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your account data

• Request deletion of your personal data

• Unsubscribe from communications at any time

 

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted in-app or on the Site. Continued use of the Apps after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
