Location: United States only, 18+ only

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of the Apps or the website heyitsquay.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. Who Can Use the Apps

These apps are intended for adults 18 or older, residing in the United States. By using the Apps, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

To use core features, you’ll need an account.

Reality Rank and Wash Day allow usernames.
Bowl Spinner does not currently use usernames.
We do not require real names. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post or share content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
Upload content that violates intellectual property laws.
Scrape, crawl, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Apps or their contents.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse the platform.

Violating any of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or deletion, with or without notice.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and design elements in the Apps and website are owned by Barclay Creek LLC or its service providers. You may not reuse or republish any portion without permission.

6. Data and Content Submitted by You

You retain rights to content you submit (e.g., rankings, posts, hair logs, bowl combinations). However, by posting, you grant us a limited license to display and store it for functionality and moderation.

We may remove any content that violates our rules or values, at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Services

Our apps integrate with third-party platforms including:

Supabase (database and authentication)
Resend (email)
Buy Me a Coffee (optional donations)
Google Analytics (usage tracking)
Future analytics tools such as Heatmap

These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Use of those services is subject to their rules.

8. Payments and Donations

There are no paid features in the apps at this time. If you choose to donate via Buy Me a Coffee, you agree to their separate terms and Stripe’s processing rules. We reserve the right to change monetization strategies in the future (e.g., ads, subscriptions).

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account for any reason, especially if you violate these terms. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to saved content or donations. We do not offer refunds for terminated accounts.

10. Disclaimers

These Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Barclay Creek LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Apps.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes must be resolved in a Texas court.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll post the updated version on our website or in-app. Your continued use of the Apps means you accept any updates.
